This is what I typical day looks like when your in the business of event management. In a year you'll see 100s of venue's so you need to be time efficient. what I tend to do is do block viewings to get the most out of the day and see as many venue's as can in one day to save time and expense. One of the most important parts of arranging an event is finding the right venue... venue's can be underestimated at times picking the wrong venue's for events can literally make or break whether it's successful or not. You need to do your due diligence and understand the target audience. Some people will not only go to an event just because of the entertainment, but will go because of how the venue looks its location and any features it may have. EVERYONE likes to take nice pics at venue's so if it has good features you'll be onto a winner. But again know your audience because the venue needs to fit them and the theme of the event.
