We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. Prices for event tickets are subject to change without notice.

 

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue tickets to a particular event (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

 

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

 

Products Or Services

Certain tickets may be available exclusively online through the website. These tickets may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of event tickets on our site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

 

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of tickets to any event to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any tickets that we offer. All descriptions of tickets or ticket pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any ticket at any time. Any offer for any tickets made on this site is void where prohibited.

 

We do not warrant that the quality of any tickets, events, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

 

Accuracy Of Billing And Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any ticket order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel ticket quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by ticket dealers, ticket resellers or ticket distributors.

 

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all ticket purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

 

Ticketing Services Agreement

Regardless of payment method You choose, XI XI Events Ltd charges a per-ticket fee for Our Services. If You have elected Full Service, XI XI Events Ltd charges an additional payment processing fee and, if applicable, an additional refund processing fee for ticket sales and refunds, respectively, processed by Us through the Gateway, as more fully described below. We will deduct or invoice you for all applicable Fees from Your booking revenue as stated in this Agreement and in Our pricing policy and is incorporated by reference herein, and which may change periodically. All Fees and any other monies contemplated by this Agreement are payable in UK Pounds, or in any foreign currency accepted by XI XI Events Ltd for Events in another country or jurisdiction, as shown on our Site.

 

Refunds

In the event of canceled or postponed Events, Event Organisers shall ensure that their refund policies are consistent with the terms of this Agreement, the payment and refund processes included in the Services, and all applicable legal, regulatory, and other governmental requirements. All communications or disputes regarding refunds are between the Event Organiser and the Ticket purchaser, and XI XI Events Ltd will not be liable for any decision to issue or not issue refunds in the course of the use of the Full Service option.

 

Individual Refunds

If a Ticket purchaser desires to request a refund, the Ticket purchaser must request the refund from the Event Organiser. If the Event Organiser desires to fulfill the request, the Event Organiser can utilise the Services or contact XI XI Events Ltd to process the refund. XI XI Events Ltd will use commercially reasonable efforts to process refunds issued and requested to be issued by the Event Organiser in a timely manner after the Event Organiser authorizes the issuance of the refunds. XI XI Events Ltd has no responsibility to provide individual refunds which have not been authorised by the Event Organiser in accordance with this provision. In addition, XI XI Events Ltd will NOT issue any refund to a Ticket purchaser unless and until sufficient funds for the refund have been received from the Event Organiser.

 

Canceled Or Rescheduled Events

No payments shall be made to an Event Organiser from XI XI Events Ltdwith respect to any Event that is cancelled (or for which the Event Organiser otherwise authorizes a refund). If an Event is canceled, a refund shall be issued to Ticket purchasers. An Event Organiser will be sent an invoice for all Fees due to XI XI Events Ltd for such Event. Upon payment of all such Fees, XI XI Events Ltd will issue a full refund to Ticket purchasers. If an Event Organiser fails to submit payment to XI XI Events Ltd for its Fees in a timely manner, XI XI Events Ltd will process refunds for the canceled Event less all applicable Fees and the EVENT ORGANISER shall thereafter be required to refund the Fees directly to Ticket purchasers and PartyBoy Ltd shall have no further liability or obligation. If an event is rescheduled, XI XI Events Ltd will use its sole discretion to determine whether it is considered a cancellation and therefore subject to the refund policy described in this section.

 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, You acknowledge and agree that, to protect its reputation and the integrity of the Site, XI XI Events Ltd shall have the right (but not the obligation) to force or provide a refund any or all amounts paid for tickets at any time for any reason or no reason, including without limitation if XI XI Events Ltd receives complaints from a substantial number (as determined by XI XI Events Ltd in its sole discretion) of ticket purchasers with respect to a particular Event, or XI XI Events Ltd determines in its sole discretion that the Event Organiser has engaged in any fraudulent activity or made any misrepresentations. XI XI Events Ltd shall have no liability whatsoever to an Event Organiser in connection with or arising from any such decision to force or provide refunds.

 

Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

 

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

 

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

In no event shall XI XI Events Ltd or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our internet site or offered services, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. You represent and warrant the following: (i) You are over eighteen (18) years of age; (ii) You have the right, power, and authority to enter into and perform the User Agreements; (iii) You are not buying tickets specifically for resale and are not a re-seller, wholesaler, or bulk purchaser of tickets; (iv) You will not use Our service or Site for any unacceptable uses, as partially listed in the paragraph titled “Unacceptable Uses”; (iv) You will not use Our Site or service to violate any federal, state, and/or local law; (v) You will only use Our Site or service to transmit and disseminate information reasonably related to Your ticket purchase and/or Event information; and (vi) the information you provide, including but not limited to all information concerning your name, address, credit card number, and other identifying information of any nature will be true, complete and correct, and that you will update all information as it changes.

 

Event Restrictions

When submitting tickets to an event to XI XI Events Ltd to be listed on Our Site, it is Your responsibility to provide to us any event restrictions associated with said Event. Any Event that requires a restriction for admission, including, but not limited to, age, school or organisational affiliation, hardware or software requirements, or other characteristics or requirements, must be clearly stated by You upon submission to Us.

 

Representations And Warranties

You represent and warrant the following: (i) You are a producer, promoter, presenter, or manager of the Event; (ii) You have the authority and right to offer, sell, and honor the tickets to the Event sold on Our Site; (iii) the Event itself and any material or content provided by You to Us for use on Our Site is/are not (and does not contain, promote, or link to material or content that is) pornographic, defamatory, grossly offensive, harassing, malicious, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, and do not infringe or violate (or contain, promote or link to material or content that infringes or violates) the rights of any person or entity, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, trade secret, proprietary, intellectual property, and rights of privacy and/or publicity, whether by statute or common law; and (iv) the Event and the sale of tickets to the Event do not constitute a violation of any federal, state, and/or local law.

Misrepresentation Of Event

The Event must be accurately and truthfully described when an Event Organiser submits the Event listing to XI XI Events Ltd to be posted on the Site. If We discover and determine, in Our sole discretion, that You misrepresented the Event, We will cancel the Event and may issue a refund to ticket purchasers (net of any Fees) as provided in this Agreement. If We determine that You repeatedly engage in the conduct described in this paragraph, Your account will be terminated and any other Events submitted by You will be cancelled pursuant to this Agreement and XI XI Events Ltd reserves the right to take other actions or pursue additional remedies as permitted by law.

 

Promotion Of Event

An Event Organiser shall use reasonable efforts to create, produce, and distribute marketing and promotional materials, and/or otherwise create marketing and promotional campaigns, which state that tickets to Your Event shall be available for sale at the XI XI Events Ltd Site.

 

References

You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce and use Your company or organizational name, logos and trademarks (and to authorize our service providers and media outlets to do so) in advertising or promotional materials, in any and all media (including print and Internet), whether now or hereafter existing, for the purpose of referring to you as a XI XI Events Ltd customer and/or describing our Services for you.

RAFFLE TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

XI XI Events Ltd operates skill-based raffles/competitions which result’s in the allocation of prizes.

 

DEFINITIONS

 

PRIZE

XI XI Events Ltd may operate multiple raffles at any one time, each competition will have one specific ‘prize’.

 

QUESTIONS

The questions which the entrants must use skill or knowledge to answer correctly (in line with the answer held by the xi-xievents.com) to obtain an opportunity to win the prize.

 

ENTRY

The correct answer must be submitted for each question, along with any fee due for the respective competition. Payment must be made in pounds sterling and can only be made by the entrant. Entries can also be made by the free entry route outlined in section 4.8-4.9.

 

ENTRANT

Any person who enters the competition through the website or free entry method see paragraph 4.8/4.9.

 

WINNER

The entrant chosen at random after the closing date who will receive the prize in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Proof of identity must be provided upon collection of the prize and must match that of the details provided when entering the respective competition.

 

MAXIMUM NO. OF ENTRIES

Each player can enter any one competition a maximum of 25 times. Each competition will close once the timer has timer has run out or the maximum number of entries has been reached for the respective competition, the draw date will be set when the raffle is posted. The prize(s) may still be awarded at the sole discretion of xi-xievents.com if the number of paid entries at the time of closing the competition does not reach the Maximum Number of Paid Entries, but is nevertheless is deemed by xi-xievents.com as sufficient.

1.1 By entering the competition via the website, Entrants are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by them;

1. to notify the Winner that they have won the prize;

1.4 Xi-xievents.com will be in no way liable for any failure or inability to make contact with any Entrant due to any errors or inaccuracies in the contact details provided by the Entrants.

2.2 The Entrants and xi-xievents.com also recognise that xi-xievents.com may (either by choice or at the request of a third party) also disclose this information to relevant third parties for the purposes of the prevention of fraud, money laundering, legal or other financial or regulatory reasons.

3.1 The Competition is operated by xi-xievents.com.

3.2 The Competition is open for entry to all persons aged 18 or over based in United Kingdom & Ireland.

​3.3 By entering into the Competition, all Entrants acknowledge that their payment for each entry to answer the Question and thereby enter the Competition does not guarantee in any way that they will win the prize.

3.4 xi-xievents.com does not in any way guarantee the value of the Prize, at the time the prize is exchanged with the winning entrant.

3.5 Only completed Entries which contain the correct answer as held by xi-xievents.com will be entered into the Competition. Failure to answer any question correctly via the website will still result in any entrant being charged.

3.6 As a condition of entering the Competition, Entrants must ensure that, by doing so, they do not contravene any laws of their country of residence. Xi-xievents.com will not be liable in any way if an Entrant enters the Competition unlawfully;

3.7 The Entrants and xi-xievents.com recognise that the Competition, its administration and all associated activities are governed by English Law and xi-xievents.com and Entrants recognise that the County or High Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute arising out of the Competition or its administration;

3.8 xi-xievents.com reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds for believing that an entrant has contravened any of these terms and conditions or acted in a way that is reasonably considered by xi-xievents.com to be illegal.

 

​3.9 All Entries will become the property of Partyboypb.com on receipt and will not be returned.

3.10 Should any competition conclude early, a cash alternative prize will be offered that is equivalent to 70% (minus marketing fees + transaction fees) of the entry fees taken for that particular competition.

 

4. ENTRY

4.1 In answering the Question, the Entrant recognises that they must exercise skill, Knowledge and judgement to give the correct Answers.

4.2 A maximum of 25 entries are permitted for any natural or legal person for each competition.

4.3 To conclude an entry into the Competition, an Entrant will be asked to provide their contact details (including postal and e-mail addresses and a telephone number) and card payment details (for entry fee only). Once the Entry is submitted, the Entrant’s card payment will be electronically approved.

4.4 When the Maximum Number Of Entries and/or the Closing Date is reached, the Competition will close; however xi-xievents.com reserves the right to extend the closing date by 7 days, up to a maximum of 4 times at its discretion.

4.5 All Entries to the Competition are final and no refunds shall be made at any time or for any reason, except in the case of entries submitted after the Closing Date or if xi-xievents.com cancels the competition.

4.6 xi-xievents.com decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into about the result of the Competition following the determination of the Winner as described above.

4.7 Each Entrant agrees that the usual requirement under the Consumer Protection(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 for any goods and services ordered online to be supplied within 30 days will not apply to this Prize Competition.

4.8 Free Entry Route: If you wish to enter any of our competitions for free then you must send an unenclosed postcard via First Class post stating which competition you would like to take part in, the answer to the question specific to that particular competition, and your personal details as follows:

5. Email Address

6. Correct Answer for that Competition

Entrants can enter up to the maximum number of entries per user but each entry must be sent separately. Bulk Entries will not be accepted Entrants must have an active account registered on the website or following @xi_xievents on Instagram xi-xievents.com will process all free entries on a Monday of each week and will be the sole responsibility for a staff member on this day. The Promoter is under no obligation to confirm whether or not an entry was received prior to the deadline or whether the Entrant’s answer to the Competition Question was correct.

 

The free entries will be treated in the exact same manner as the paid entries, in addition the free entries will be entered into the ‘Live Draws’ in the same manner standard competition terms and conditions apply for free entries.

All free entries must be received 7 days before the close of the competition, Any entries that fail to follow the criteria mentioned above will be void as per any Entry received.

 

5. CLOSING THE COMPETITION

 

5.1 If the Number of Entries to the Competition does not exceed the maximum number of entries at the closing date, the Competition will either close and the proceeds will either be deemed sufficient to award the prize at the sole discretion of xi-xievents.com, or the remaining funds will be allocated as a cash prize to a winner after the deduction of any transaction and marketing fees.

5.2 Xi-xievents.com will be entitled to retain 30% of the Entry Fees to cover administration. The remaining balance following deduction of the 30%, plus marketing fees and transaction fees, is “the Prize Fund”. The Prize Fund will then be offered to the winning Entrant.

5.3 If the Winner cannot be contacted by xi-xievents.com via the live draw on Instagram Live using the contact details submitted along with their entry, then xi-xievents.com reserves the right to then select an Alternate winner by redrawing the raffle, they will have to accept the prize following the same routes of contact as the original Winner, and so on till a live winner is revealed. The original winner will have no claim to the prize after the Alternate Winner is selected.

5.4 All Entrant must be signed in to @xi_xievents Instagram Live stream, for the Live Draws where the Winner with be selected and have to be live to claim the prize.

 

6. CONTENT/SELECTING WINNER

 

6.1 The winning Entrant will be selected at random by using a Random Number Generator live on Instagram.

6.2 Full details of the draw date/time will be confirmed once the competition has been concluded via Instagram and or our website. This decision will be made within 24 hours of the close of the competition but should take place on the same closing day of the competition.

6.3 Entry lists will be displayed in each competitions page on our website or on Instagram.

6.4 There will only be one winner per competition unless otherwise stated.

​6.5 If the contest is completed and the Prize is issued successfully then the prize will be transferred by xi-xievents.com to the winner of the contest. Xi-xievents.com will have no responsibility over the Prize(s) once hand over is completed.

 

7. PRIZE

 

7.1 Partyboypb.com owns any prize offered from the time the competition is live until successful handover is completed as outlined in section 6.3.

7.2 Partyboypb.com does not imply or give any warranty or accept any valuation to the Prize. The Entrant must make up their own decision through their own enquiries and legal advice before entering the competition.

7.3 The prize will only be that as awarded at the time of the draw, no alternatives will be offered under any circumstance.

7.4 Delivery of a prize will be arranged for the winner.

7.5 The winner will be required to provide proof of identity and proof of entry into the competition before the prize is sent out or collected.

 

8. MISCELLANEOUS

 

8.1 The Winner agrees to allow xi-xievents.com to display his or her name on the Website and Instagram in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The winners Instagram name will be posted on the Website and Instagram for the purposes of announcing the Winner of the Competition.

8.2 The Winner also agrees upon acceptance of the prize that they are required to have Photo(s) and or video(s) taken for promotional purposes,

both directly after their win and in any future promotional material.

8.3 Entrants authorise xi-xievents.com to enter their personal details into their database and to use the information in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and subject to the terms of Privacy Policy.

8.4 Xi-xievents.com reserves the right to cancel the Competition at any time either before or after tickets have been sold. If the Competition is cancelled, xi-xievents.com will return any Entry Fees paid to each Entrant (either by bank card refund or by cheque and in one combined payment where several entries have been made by a competitor or store credit). Where the Entry Fee is returned, xi-xievents.com shall have no further liability to the Entrant or to any other person.

8.5 Save for death or personal injury xi-xievents.com will not be liable for any loss (including economic loss) suffered to or sustained by any person or property as a result of any act or omission of xi-xievents.com, nor will their servants or their agents in developing, planning and Administrating the Competition, distributing the Prize to the Winner or following the distribution of the Prize; xi-xievents.com accepts no liability for errors or omissions contained within the Prize details, description or specification or any other part of the Website. It is the responsibility of each Entrant (and in particular the Winner) to satisfy him/herself as to the accuracy of any such details and/or any content of this Website.

8.6 Xi-xievents.com will not be liable for any loss suffered by an Entrant as a result of incomplete entries or failed computer communications or for any loss suffered as a result of use of the Website.

8.7 Xi-xievents.com do not accept responsibility for entries which they do not receive due to failures in computer systems, other malfunctions, high Internet traffic, hardware failure, software failure, server faults or any other reason.

8.8 These competition rules shall not create or be construed as creating any form of contract, joint venture or other agreement between any Entrant and xi-xievents.com.

8.9 An entry shall be declared void (without any refund being given) if the entrant engages in: (a) any form of fraud (actual or apparent); (b) fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) fraudulent concealment; (d) hacking or interference with the proper functioning of the website; or (e) amending, or unauthorised use of, any of the code that constitutes the Website.

8.10 xi-xievents.com reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be immediately published on the competition home page.
